After you have completed the task, you are automatically assigned as an Agent of the IP right. You should track it, notify the client about any updates from the Office.
You can manage all IP rights in the IP right section:
When you complete work, you need to fill the application data
When you finished the work, click Complete task;
Fill in the description;
Add some files and fill in the application number and date;
Click Send.
Note: This data and the files will be automatically added to the linked IP right.
Note: The IP right status will be changed automatically.
When you get any documents from the Offices and you need the payment from the client, you need to upload a document and create a task:
Go to the IP right;
Click Files;
Click Add Files;
Upload a document, choose a tag;
Click Upload and create a task;
Choose deadlines and click Next;
Check the correctness and click Create task;
Provide your offer clicking by Suggest price.
💡Tip: click Upload if you need to upload files only (without further actions);
💡Tip: click Upload and create a reminder if you need to set up a reminder for the IP right.
When you get any news/updates from the Offices and you need the payment from the client, you need to create a task:
Find the necessary IP right;
Go to the Task section;
Click Plus button to create a new task;
Fill in the name, choose a service and deadlines (other data will be added automatically);
Add some comments and files;
Check the correctness and click Create task.
Give an offer by clicking Suggest price.
Note: the client will get notifications about any actions by email automatically.

When you need to contact the client, use Discussion to write a message:
Find the necessary IP right;
Go to the Discussion;
Open the chat;
Write your message.
Note: the client will get notifications about new message by email automatically.
