How to invite you colleagues to manage iPNOTE account together

You can invite your colleagues to manage your iPNOTE account, create requests, and make offers together.

To do so, you need to follow a few steps:

  1. Go to Staff in the Company profile;

  2. Click Add employee;

  3. Choose the Rigths (Editor – the person will be able to edit the profile, create requests, give offers etc.; Viewer – the person will be able to view the profile only);

  4. Fill in an Email, Name and Last Name;

  5. Click Invite.

The person will receive a notification via email for collaboration. They need to click the link and follow the instructions.
