As soon as a client sends a request to you, you will get a notification by email. It is necessary to provide an offer for the request as soon as you can because the request may have strict deadlines.

You need to follow a few steps to give an offer to the client:

  1. Follow the link from the received email and log in to your iPNOTE account;

  2. On the Tasks you will find the request;

  3. Click the request to get more details, including deadlines, files etc.;

  4. If you want to see the client's comments, click Discussion to open a chat;

  5. When you know all details, click Suggest price;

  6. Fill in a service charge, an official fee and delivery time;

  7. Click Send.

Note: iPNOTE takes a 15% transaction fee from your services charge if the task is paid. You can track it, while you are giving an offer. Learn more about iPNOTE payment here.

💡 Tip: if you need more details to give an offer, ask the client in the chat directly (click Discussion).

Note: if you need to update your offer, click Update offer. You would not be able to update the offer when the client accepted your offer.

If a request is not within the scope of your services or if it is not interesting to you or other reasons, please reject the request so that the client does not have to wait for your response. You need to follow a few steps:

1. Find the necessary request;

2. Click on the three dots in the right corner of the request card;

3. Click on Reject;

4. Choose the reason for rejection;

5. Click on Reject.
